Founded by Sabine and Marc Schroeder, Eventions Naples is a full-service event planning and design company based in Naples, Florida. Built on a passion for creating meaningful and visually distinctive events, the company serves private clients, businesses, organizations, and nonprofits throughout Southwest Florida and beyond.

From intimate celebrations and milestone birthdays to corporate events, fundraisers, weddings, and large-scale social gatherings, every event is approached with creativity, attention to detail, and a personalized touch. The goal is never to recreate a standard event, but to design an experience that feels elevated, memorable, and uniquely tailored to each client.

Eventions Naples offers more than traditional event rentals. Services include event planning, styling, custom décor, balloon installations, specialty rentals, lighting, backdrops, tablescapes, and one-of-a-kind custom builds—all thoughtfully combined to create a cohesive event experience from beginning to end.

Meet Sabine

Creative Director & Event Designer

Sabine is the creative force behind Eventions Naples. With professional certifications in Event Design & Styling and Event Management, she brings together creativity, organization, and a strong eye for detail to design events that feel polished, intentional, and unique.

From the initial concept and color palette to décor, florals, tablescapes, balloons, and the smallest finishing touches, Sabine works closely with each client to create an event that reflects their vision, style, and occasion.

Her favorite part of the process is transforming an idea—sometimes just a color, inspiration photo, or overall feeling—into a complete and unforgettable event experience.

Meet Marc

Production & Custom Design

Marc leads the production and technical side of Eventions Naples. With an engineering background and more than 20 years of experience in event lighting technology and business management, he brings technical expertise, precision, and creative problem-solving to every project.

From specialty lighting and installations to custom structures, backdrops, displays, and unique event elements, Marc helps turn creative concepts into reality.

Together, the Eventions Naples team combines design and logistics, creativity and technical expertise, vision and execution—allowing every event to be both beautifully designed and professionally delivered.
